Key Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing mortgage and protection advice to clients, ensuring recommendations reflect their needs, circumstances, and objectives.
• Work closely with administrative and support colleagues to ensure client requirements are handled efficiently and professionally.
• Develop existing client relationships and identify appropriate opportunities to meet additional financial needs.
• Maintain a high standard of regulatory and legislative knowledge.
• Complete relevant training and professional development to maintain competence and industry knowledge.
• Deliver consistently high levels of customer service throughout the advice process.

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience working within a mortgage advice environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of mortgages, protection, and relevant UK legislation.
• Experience using mortgage and protection research and sourcing systems.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, and listening skills.
• Ability to explain complex financial information clearly and in an accessible manner.
• Proven commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Full CeMAP qualification or an equivalent industry-recognised qualification.
• Full UK driving licence.

Salary & Benefits

• Basic salary: circa £30,000
• OTE: up to £70,000
