We have appointed Lisa Margolis as Head of People as we continue to expand the network.
Lisa joins us at a key time as momentum in attracting AR firms is being matched by the growth of our support functions, with recent hires spanning mortgage quality and compliance, protection expertise, software development and management.
Originally from South Africa, Lisa has lived in the UK for 20 years and brings decades of experience across a range of sectors, including financial services. She will lead our HR and People functions, ensuring we continue to attract and retain best-in-class talent to support our growth ambitions, while harnessing technology to further enhance the pace and effectiveness of recruitment.

We are currently the second-largest mortgage network by number of AR firms and, last year, added more AR firms than any other comparable network for the fourth consecutive year.
