The Stonebridge Skills Development Programme is a structured, live training initiative created specifically for our network members. It’s designed to enhance the strong technical knowledge advisers already have by strengthening communication, relationship-building, and customer engagement skills that drive better outcomes.

Stonebridge Skills Development Programme

The programme is designed exclusively for Stonebridge network members, whether you’re newly appointed or an experienced adviser wanting to sharpen your edge.

Yes. The skills are threaded through all 12 modules, so you can’t dip in and out.

Participants must apply to join, as this is a restricted programme. We run only one or two cohorts per month, with up to 10 delegates in each. Spaces are limited and demand exceeds availability, so acceptance requires a commitment to complete all 12 modules.

The programme is delivered across 4 weeks, with 3 modules completed each week.

Upon completing the full programme, you will receive up to 16 hours of CPD, formally recognising your professional development.

By strengthening your skills, staying up to date with market shifts, and delivering more value to customers, you’ll naturally improve customer satisfaction, generate more referrals, and position your business for long-term growth.

That isn’t possible without re-joining the programme, as it is delivered live. However, once completed, participants will have access to ongoing support.
