Stonebridge Group, the mortgage and insurance network, has today (18thSeptember 2019) announced August 2019 was a record month for appointed representative (AR) recruitment into the business.
19 new advisers were added to the business with eight new partner firms joining the network.
Stonebridge also announced it is providing ongoing support to those existing members who wish to expand their businesses with new joiners. It said a key focus for the business was helping those firms who wanted to recruit new advisers in order to meet growing demand for advice.
Stonebridge also revealed strong levels of mortgage business throughout August with month-on-month growth in gross lending recorded.
It follows the network announcing a strong set of trading results for the first six months of 2019 across its three core product areas, showing an increase in mortgage completions and applications, life commissions on application and general insurance business levels.
Stonebridge has also announced two new appointments to its senior management team – Sarah Cleobury joins as Head of People and Jack Kwiecinski as Head of Marketing
