Bank of England holds rates at 0.75%

The Monetary Policy Committee of the Bank of England has voted unanimously to keep rates at 0.75% where they have been since August 2018.

They have signalled that continue Brexit uncertainty will keep rates lower for longer. They also issued a warning that a no-deal Brexit would hit the economy leading to weaker growth, higher inflation and a further drop in the value of the pound.
