We are looking for a Telephone Relationship Manager to join us on a full-time, permanent basis working from both home and our Basildon site. In return, you will receive an initial starting salary of £22,000 per annum, rising to £23,000 after 12 months of satisfactory performance in the role. the Business Development team is focused on retaining and generating more business from our network of Mortgage & Insurance Advisers. It is a relationship management function, providing proactive and reactive support to a portfolio of over 800 Advisers, helping the advisers to increase the income they generate from their business. The role of Telephone Relationship Manager is very much a relationship management, telephone based role, providing day to day support, specialist knowledge and mentoring to benefit the sales performance of a cohort of Mortgage Advisors – regionally based, typically for around 150 Advisers. Training is provided.
Telephone Relationship Manager
We are looking for a Business Standards Assessor (mortgage administration compliance assessor) to join us on a full-time, permanent basis working from home or from our Basildon site. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £18,000 per annum. The Business Standards team acts as the first line of defence for preventing fraudulent mortgage claims and ensuring business is transacted in line with sales and compliance processes. The role of Business Standards Assessor deals directly with the UK-wide network of professional mortgage and insurance Advisors, by checking large volumes of residential and Buy to Let mortgage case files for compliance, rectifying shortfalls, or escalating more complex cases up to a Senior Auditor for further investigation. What will you be doing as our Business Standards Assessor? Checking of live cases. Spotting any risks/shortfalls in compliance, or potential/actual fraudulent activity. Fielding calls from advisers in relation to live cases, drafting high-quality, written communications, record keeping, and completing reports and management information.
Mortgage Administration Compliance Assessor
We are looking for a Business Standards Associate to join us on a full-time, permanent basis working from home and /or from our Basildon offices. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £23,000 - £24,000 per annum. This is very much a compliance/file reviewing role, focussing on more complex case files, along with conducting regular 1-2-1 compliance reviews with the Advisors, including observations of Sales Meetings, giving feedback, and agreeing any remedial actions with the Advisors. Also checking/approving the Advisors product promotion documentation, to ensure their sales communications are compliant and actioned in line with the FCA regulations. Another key element is providing ongoing email and telephony support to Advisors in relation to internal and regulatory compliance processes and case management.
Business Standards Associate
We are looking for an Onboarding Partner to join us on a full-time, permanent basis working from home and from our Basildon site. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £18,000 per annum. The Onboarding Team acts as the due diligence to ensure our Appointed Representatives (our network of mortgage advisors) are complaint. Working closely with our team of national recruiters, the team ensures a smooth transition for our new network firms into the Stonebridge business. What will you be doing as our Onboarding Partner? Checking applications from new mortgage network firms, who are looking to join our business. Spotting any risks /potential/actual fraudulent activity, credit checking, and DBS checks. Fielding calls and emails from the Advisors, with applications in progress. Drafting high-quality, written communication to confirm actions agreed. Record keeping and completing reports and management information.
We are looking for Business Development Manager(s) / Relationship Manager, from a Mortgage Advising background, to join us on a full-time, permanent basis. Our Business Development Managers are accountable for the growth, development, and retention of relationships with new and existing mortgage brokers (Appointed Representative) across their portfolio and region. Having already demonstrated a track record of success yourself as an adviser, you have the confidence and charisma, which gives you a natural gravitas with your peers. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of up to £40,000 per annum.
Business Development Manager(s) - Mortgages - Nottingham, Lincoln, Leeds, Bradford
We are looking for a Quality & Risk Assessor to join us on a full-time, permanent basis working from home or from our Basildon offices. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £21,000 per annum. the Business Standards team at Stonebridge provides support to the network’s advisor firms, assisting them with meeting their training and competency requirements and ensuring appropriate standards and case quality is being maintained. The role of Quality & Risk Assessor deals directly with the UK-wide network of professional mortgage and insurance Advisors, in relation to residential and buy to let mortgage case files and their compliance with; operating procedures, the Stonebridge Performance Management System, and the FCAs regulatory requirements.
Quality & Risk Assessor
We are looking for a Field Business Standards Manager from a Mortgage compliance background, to join us on a full-time, permanent basis. Ideally, our successful candidates will be based in Cardiff / Swansea area and will cover all of Mid to South Wales and the English border counties. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £28,000 per annum. What you'll do: Visit our appointed representatives and conduct face to face compliance meetings.
Ensure that the appointed representatives' compliance training is up to date and deliver when necessary. Plan and prepare your next face-to-face meetings by reviewing actions from previous meetings. Measure the appointed representative’s competency-based on your observations of their completed cases. Review previous complaints, breaches, lender quality logs & fee logs. Ensure that marketing, advertising & stationery follows the appropriate guidelines. Maintain an up-to-date log of continuous professional development for each appointed representative. Collate and produce monthly reports from our unique in-house system.
